The "Save as" window opens. Select a location to save the file and give it a name you can easily remember then press okay.

• How to Print PDF Files
  To print the PDF document after opening it for viewing in your web browser, click on the printer icon button at the left end of the special Acrobat^® toolbar, which appears immediately above the viewing window in your web browser. DO NOT use the web browser print icon or print menu. If you do this the document will not print properly. Remember when printing these forms the document must be printed on both sides of the page.
